Gillon of Signature Group leases 5,900 s/f

According to Signature Group, a full service commercial real estate firm, Bobby Gillon, a vice president of the firm, has negotiated a lease for 5,936 s/f of office space at 80 Mill River St., to Stamford Hospital and Stamford Hospital Integrated Practices (SHIP). Approximately 4,000 s/f of the space was previously leased to The Heart Physicians, a cardiology practice acquired by SHIP. Signature Group negotiated a new lease with Stamford Hospital, which took the opportunity to expand the space and add a cardiac diagnostic center. "The building is fully occupied and leased exclusively to medical tenants," said Gillon. "We were pleased that the space was available to add such an important diagnostic service, both for the building and for the Stamford community."
