Glickman Kovago & Co. brokers 30,000 s/f lease to charter school
Glickman, Kovago & Co. has brokered a lease agreement between Abby Kelly Foster Charter Public School of Worcester and Campus Realty Group.
The 30,000 s/f historic brick building sits upon two acres of land and is located at 155 Ararat St.
The facility is in turnkey condition for those in need of a classroom-style setting and large yard and parking area.
Abby Kelly Foster Charter Public School will be using the building as a temporary location while awaiting the completion of renovations at a different property they recently purchased.
