Lamontagne of CBRE/The Boulos handles two leases totaling 2,400 s/f
Dr. Kim Farr has leased 1,500 s/f of space for her chiropractic office at 317 Foreside Rd. Justin Lamontagne, of C.B.Richard Ellis/The Boulos Company, represented the landlord, 317 Foreside, LLC, and Dan Coyne represented the tenant.
Optimus Group Solutions has leased a 900 s/f office unit in the same building. Lamontagne represented the landlord and the tenants.
