Oxford, CT Ed Godin Jr., SIOR, of Godin Property Brokers represented the seller and Kevin Foley of Cushman & Wakefield represented the buyer in the $1.71 million sale of a 24-acre industrial zoned parcel on Patriots Way. The property is part of Patriot Business Park which is located in the Oxford Industrial Park area near Oxford/Waterbury Airport with good access to I-84 and Rte. 8 Highway.

 The buyer, STIHL Inc., is relocating and expanding from their current Shelton location and will be utilizing their new to-be-built 120,000 s/f distribution facility for their northeast operations.

The seller was 589 Investments LLC, a local property owner and land developer.
