Godin of Matthews Commercial brokers $1.6 million sale
Ed Godin Jr., SIOR of Matthews Commercial Properties representing the buyer and Lou Proto of The Proto Group representing the seller, have brokered the $1.6 million sale of a 26,000 s/f manufacturing facility at 38 Lancaster Dr. The modern facility is well located near Rte. 8 Highway in the Pines Bridge Industrial Park.
The new buyer, Cameo Metal Products, is relocating and expanded from their current New Jersey location and will be utilizing the facility for their manufacturing operation. Cameo Metals is a metal manufacturer and a major supplier to the cosmetic industry.
The seller was SCK Properties LLC.
