Nesson of Press/Cuozzo leases 3,400 s/f at 1004 Sherman Avenue

According to Stephen Press, SIOR, co-principal of Press/Cuozzo Commercial Services, senior commercial advisor Joel Nesson has completed a five-year lease at 1004 Sherman Ave. Nesson, as exclusive broker, leased a 3,400 s/f office/flex portion of the building to Ducibella Venter & Santoro, one of the oldest and respected security consulting and engineering companies in the U.S. with world-renowned clientele. Nesson represented the landlord, WTE 1020 Sherman LLC, and was the sole broker.
