Godin of Matthews Commercial brokers 2 leases totaling 14,000 s/f
Ed Godin Jr. SIOR, a partner at Matthews Commercial Properties, has recently brokered two leases totaling 14,000 s/f at Hurley Farms Industrial Park at 115 Hurley Rd.
The tenants are Taunton Packaging leasing 10,500 s/f and Calvary Brewing Company occupying 3,500 s/f.
The landlord is The Hurley Group, a local investment group with holdings throughout the state.
