Godin of Matthews Commercial brokers $400,000 sale of 110,000 s/f
Ed Godin Jr., SIOR, of Matthews Commercial Properties represented the buyer in the $400,000 sale of a 110,000 s/f manufacturing facility on 2.5 acres at 155 South Leonard St. The multi-story facility is well located with Rte. 8 highway exposure.
The new buyer, Bender Development LLC, has plans to utilize the facility for one of their business operations.
Tom Hill of Tom Hill Realty and Investment, LLC represented the seller International Paper Company.
