Godin of Matthews Commercial brokers 6,000 s/f lease
Ed Godin Jr. SIOR, a partner at Matthews Commercial Properties, has recently brokered a long-term lease of a 6,000 s/f industrial building and yard area at 10 DiNunzio Rd. The freestanding facility is located just off of Rte. 8 offering highway access and a central location to service the tenant's clients throughout the state.
The new tenant, Rockwood Corporation, is headquartered in upstate New York and will be utilizing the facility as a warehouse for their municipal water tank construction and maintenance work in the Connecticut region.
