The commercial condominium unit in the Center is 2,601 s/f and sold for $340,000 or $130 per s/f. The space was formerly occupied by TD Bank which relocated to a new free standing facility on the corner of Main Street and Old Town Road.

The unit will be future medical offices for Dr Sami and his wife Dr. Kashani.
Bruce Wettenstein, SIOR & partner with Vidal/Wettenstein was the listing broker for the unit and Lester Fradkoff of Prudential CT Commercial represented the purchaser. Counsel for the purchaser was Mark Kirsch of Cohen & Wolf, and for the seller, Anthony Marino.
