Godin of Matthews Commercial brokers 64,000 s/f lease
Ed Godin Jr. SIOR of Matthews Commercial Properties, has represented the landlord, TSMC, Inc., in the long-term lease of a 64,000 s/f portion of a building at 100 Lawton St. The tenant will occupy the majority of the facility including the entire modern addition for their manufacturing operations. The property is well located in the southern end of Torrington with good access to Rte. 8 highway.
The new tenant, DucDuc LLC, is a leading manufacturer of high-end children's furniture. They are expanding from their current facility and will be utilizing the facility for their production operations.
The tenant was represented by Vance Taylor of Commercial Real Estate Group.
