Godin of Matthews Commercial brokers four leases totaling 16,250 s/f

Ed Godin Jr. SIOR, a partner at Matthews Commercial Properties, has recently brokered four leases totaling 16,250 s/f at Hurley Farms Industrial Park at 115 Hurley Rd.The tenants are Kimtron Inc. leasing 6,350 s/f, Jefferson Pine leasing 5,250 s/f, Quest Integrity leasing 2,500 s/f and Pape Wholesale leasing 2,150 s/f. The landlord is The Hurley Group, a local investment group with holdings throughout the state. Gerry Matthews recently completed two lease transactions for the YoFarm Company LLC. YoFarm manufactures and distributes low fat, Swiss style yogurt to retailers throughout the U.S. Matthews represented YoFarm in the leasing of 21,000 s/f at 50 Rado Dr. in Naugatuck. Tim D'Addabbo of Cushman Wakefield Hartford represented the landlord. The second transaction was for 5,760 s/f located at 141 Sheridan Dr. in Naugatuck. Matthews represented YoFarm and Mick Consalvo of Tower Realty represented the landlord.
