The buyer was a Newtown-based investor that will utilize the facility for his business Villa Radiology Systems.
In another transaction, Godin Jr. SIOR, represented the buyer in the sale of a 5,600 s/f office and warehouse facility on 1.7 acres of industrial zoned land at 207 Christian St. The property is located in the Oxford Industrial Park area with access to I-84 and Rte. 8 Highway and sold for $360,000.
The buyer was a locally based investor that purchased the property for investment purposes and future development.
The seller was A & D Services and was represented by Bill Weirsman of Colonial Properties in Orange.
