Godin of Matthews Commercial leases 20,000 s/f
Ed Godin Jr. SIOR of Matthews Commercial Properties, has brokered a long-term lease of 20,000 s/f in the Medway Distribution Center located at 25 Research Pkwy. The high-end distribution facility is located off of I-91 offering state-wide access.
The property is owned and managed by Benerofe Properties who has numerous holdings in Connecticut and New York.
The new tenant, 3PD/XPO Logistics is a national last mile delivery service provider. They will be utilizing the facility for warehousing and expansion of their operations.
