Oxford CT Ed Godin Jr. SIOR of Godin Property Brokers completed multiple lease transactions totaling 20,000 s/f at Hurley Farms Industrial Park, which is located at 115 Hurley Rd. The leases included: 5,250 s/f to GRYE; 9,000 s/f to Botanical Gardens LLC; and 5,250 s/f to Better Packaging Inc.
