Godino & Co. signs 10,500 s/f lease to Turner Construction

Godino & Co. has leased 10,500 s/f of office space to Turner Construction Co. at 1280 Soldiers Field Rd. The owner of the property was represented by Tom Godino Sr. and Tim Coyle of Godino who also procured the tenant. The 21,000 s/f single-story office building, which overlooks the Charles River and Western Ave., is in close proximity to Harvard's proposed new Allston campus, and is now 100% leased. Other Tenants include Shields MRI and Starr, Finer, Starr LLP.
