Marr of Keliher Real Estate and Frey of Commonwealth Commercial Advisors handle $1.45 million sale

Douglas Marr, senior vice president, commercial division of Keliher Real Estate, and Stefan Frey, principal of Commonwealth Commercial Advisors, completed the $1.45 million sale of one of New England largest retail condos. Located at 519 Albany St. in the south end of the city, the 25,112 s/f building stretches the entire block on Albany St. between Wareham St. and Malden St. in front of the Boston Flower Exchange and the Southeast expressway. Zapatos Shoes and EXcessories take up 75% of the space and Miller Fur Co. leases the remainder. The sale included 9 parking spaces. Family Trust sold the property and C Long LLC was the buyer.
