Lawrence, MA Jay Goldberg and David Lamattina have purchased 27 units for $3.8 million. The property is comprised of four buildings on one parcel located at 102-114 Water St. and 13-27 Jordan St.

“In the near future, this investment will provide great cash flow, particularly compared to what we’ve seen in the market over the last 5 years,” said Goldberg.

“Out of the 27 units, 22 are three bedrooms,” said Lamattina. “The rents are very low, and we will implement our value-add approach on improvements to the units and common areas.”

Francis Saenz and Brad Carlson of Northeast Private Client Group brokered the deal. Institution for Savings provided the financing.
