Goldschmidt & Associates completes 3,700 s/f lease

Greenwich, CT Eric Goldschmidt, senior partner at Scarsdale, New York based Goldschmidt & Associates has brokered a lease for The Spread, in the former Barcelona space at 18 W. Putnam Ave.
Handling the leasing for The Spread is Lisa Daniel. Thomas Torelli, from Allied Property Group represented the owner.
The lease was for 3,700 s/f. This will be The Spread’s 2nd location.
