Lyman of Lyman Real Estate brokers $650,000 sale of 18.75 acre parcel

Bozrah, CT Collins & Jewell Company, which completed construction of a 35,000 s/f facility in Bozrah, has purchased an 18.75 acre industrial parcel at 3 Rachel Dr. next to their new building for $650,000.

Ron Lyman, CCIM, CEO of Lyman Real Estate, was the sole agent involved. He represented sellers Paul, Joseph and Anthony Fatone of PJ&A, LLC. There are no announced plans for development.
In business more than seventy years, Collins & Jewell is an international supplier of industrial installation and custom fabrication services.
