Goman+York arranges 11,758 s/f lease

Jade Marketing Group and Onyx Design Group are moving to Blue Black Square. The companies, which manufacture jeans wear under the Amethyst, Ariya, and Axel brands while also producing private label products, have executed a lease for 11,758 s/f of office space on the third floor of The Rutherford Building (65 Memorial Rd.), part of the 600,000 s/f Blue Back Square that was constructed in 2007-2008. The Jade lease brings Blue Back Square's professional office space located in The Lexicon and Rutherford office buildings to 100% leased. Tom York, a principal with Goman+York Property Advisors, represented the owner, Blue Back Square, LLC, and Joel Greico of Cushman & Wakefield represented Jade Marketing Group.
