Goodfellow Ashmore completes 10 retail deals totaling 24,342 s/f

According to Todd Payne, SIOR, president and owner of Goodfellow Ashmore CORFAC International Inc., the company has completed 10 retail transactions totaling more than 24,000 s/f in Ridgefield, Bethel, Brookfield and New Milford. The following transactions were completed in January through October of 2009: 1 Ethan Allen Hwy., Ridgefield, to Snap Fitness, 3,500 s/f, represented by sales associate, Brian Donahue 273 Greenwood Ave., Bethel, to Bethel Studio of Dance, 2,500 s/f, represented by sales associates, Brian Donahue and Kyle Ely 270 Federal Rd., Brookfield, to The Prefect Racquet, 2,900 s/f, represented by sales associates, Garett Palmer and Brian Donahue 270 Federal Rd., Brookfield, to Road and Track Sports, 2,600 s/f, represented by sales associate, Garett Palmer 270 Federal Rd., Brookfield, to Pocket Full of Poses, 750 s/f, represented by sales associate, Garett Palmer 317 Federal Rd., Brookfield, to Gotta Dance, 1,976 s/f, represented by sales associate, Garett Palmer 317 Federal Rd., Brookfield, to O'Connors Public House, 1,883 s/f, represented by sales associate, Garett Palmer 507 Danbury Rd., New Milford, to 1st and 10 Sports Bar and Grill, 4,495 s/f, represented by sales associate, Ernie Badillo 370 Danbury Rd., New Milford, to Dunkin' Donuts, 2,018 s/f, represented by president, Todd Payne, SIOR, and Joe Wrinn, vice president, SIOR 370 Danbury Rx., New Milford, to Brusters Real Ice Cream, 1,720 s/f represented by president, Todd Payne, SIOR.
