Gordon and Schwartz of Levey Miller Maretz broker $171,000 sale
Connecticut Management, LLC has sold the property at 267 Center St. to 267 Center Street, LLC. The property was the former office of dentist Timothy Dare. A dental office will occupy most of the building. The building sold for $171,000. Michael Gordon and Ed Schwartz of Levey Miller Maretz, LLC, represented the seller and the buyer.
In another transaction, Levey Miller Maretz leased the first floor of 21 Colony St., Meriden to La Insurance, LLC. Gordon represented the owner, John LaRosa and the tenant in this transaction.
