Keogh of Colliers Dow & Condon brokers 40,000 s/f office lease

The State of Connecticut has signed a 10-year lease for the entire building at 38 Wellington Rd., consisting of 40,000 s/f of office space in Merritt-95 Corporate Park. The space will be occupied by the Department of Children and Families. Owned by Bow Tie Partners, a real estate investment and development firm headquartered in New York City, Merritt-95 consists of 60,000 recently renovated s/f in three buildings. It is located directly at Exit 55 of the Merritt-Wilbur Cross Pkwy. and the Milford Connector to I-95. John Keogh of Colliers Dow & Condon was the sole broker in the transaction.
