Gordon of Levey Miller Maretz brokers sale of 26,700 s/f building
The property at 185 Huntingdon Ave. has been sold. Consisting of 5.5 acres of land with a 26,700 s/f building, the property will be the new location for the SPCA of Connecticut. Michael Gordon of Levey Miller Maretz represented the seller, Mercury Waterbury Capital LLC, and Joe Wrinn of Goodfellow Ashmore represented the buyer. Extensive renovation to the property will be made to fit the SPCA's needs.
