Bowden of Calabrese Agency sells child care facility for $850,000
Bob Bowden of the R. Calabrese Agency, LLC has sold the former Kindercare School on Latimer Lane. The 5,900 s/f building located on a 55,000 s/f parcel, was constructed as a child day care facility.
The seller was Knowledge Learning Corporation and was represented by R. Calabrese Agency. The buyer, Capitol Regional Education Council, was represented by Shawn McMahon of Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc. The purchase price was $850,000.
