Governor Patrick reappointes Nahigian to the MassDOT Real Estate Appraisal Board

Governor Deval Patrick has reappointed Rob Nahigian, FRICS, SIOR, CRE, MCR of Auburndale Realty Co, to the MassDOT Real Estate Appraisal Review Board. Gov. Patrick along with Lt. Gov. Murray stated in a letter his thanks to Nahigian for having served on this Board over the last few years and his commitment to continue serving the Commonwealth. Nahigian has been on the Appraisal Review Board since 2004. The Appraisal Review Board offers final recommendations on property valuation taken by eminent domain on behalf of MassDot for public use. Rob has served on many cases including properties at the Cape Cod Bridge, the Rte. 2 corridor, Fenway Park area and Martha's Vineyard. Gov. Patrick stated that Nahigians experience and sound judgment will contribute substantially to the Board. Nahigian has been serving as a highest and best use expert on the board and with commercial/industrial real estate expertise.
