Grady of KS Ptrs. arranges 4,227 s/f lease to Shaser

KS Partners, LLC has leased 4,227 s/f of office space at 130 New Boston St. to Shaser, Inc. Jim Grady, vice president/director of leasing for KS Partners, represented the landlord, KS Partners. Matthew Daniels and Mike Zieja of Colliers Meredith & Grew represented Shaser, Inc. "Since purchasing the building, we have had significant interest from potential tenants at 130 New Boston Street," said Kambiz Shahbazi, president of KS Partners. "Recent renovations combined with a strong leasing effort have contributed to the increased interest in the property and subsequent new leases."
