A grand opening was held for Grace Park, a mixed-use development consisting of residential living, shops, dining and services. Grace Park, a $32 million project, was one of the first communities developed under the new town guidelines.
The project was designed and engineered by JDavis Architects of Raleigh and Dewberry.
