Hopkinton, MA Greater Boston Commercial Properties, Inc. has completed five lease deals in the Hopkinton Technology Park, totaling 31,000 s/f. Bret O’Brien and Tyler DeWolfe worked together to fill the vacancies and bring a variety of new tenants to the park including La-Z-Boy Manufacturing which leased 6,000 s/f as a last mile distribution hub and Marioff, Inc. which leased 10,000 s/f for their operations. Other new tenants include ION Solar Pros, along with Aerogel Technologies and Hutchinson Aerospace & Industry Inc.
