
East Providence, RI Chris Greenman of Capstone Properties sold 20-42 Hemingway Dr. for James Ferrera & Sons Inc. The stabilized asset sold for $3.422 million ($110 per s/f).
The buyer, 2042 Hemingway LLC, was attracted to the opportunity because of the ability to expand one of the tenants, ANLI Academy and the strong, stable tenant mix. With the expansion of ANLI Academy complete, the 31,200 s/f multi-tenant building will have only one 2,400 s/f vacancy.
Greenman procured the buyer and Capstone Properties has been hired for property management and leasing services.
