New Dover assists CIL Kimball in 33,062 s/f lease renewal to HP Hood - Gould of Newmark consults on behalf of the tenant

Lynnfield, MA Scott Hughes, president of New Dover Associates, Inc., provided advisory and consulting services as consultant to CIL Kimball, LLC, the landlord of 6 Kimball Ln., in the renewal of 33,062 s/f of office space to HP Hood LLC, as tenant.

Debra Gould, executive managing director at Newmark, provided advisory and consulting services to HP Hood LLC, as its consultant.

6 Kimball Ln. is a class A 105,991 rentable square foot multi-tenanted four-story masonry, steel and glass office building with a newly renovated and expanded cafe. 6 Kimball Lane is conveniently located to Interstate 95 (Route 128), Route 1 and MarketStreet Lynnfield.
