Griffin Land receives two 2012 BOMA/Greater Hartford TOBY Awards

Griffin Land (www.grifland.com) has received two 2012 BOMA/Greater Hartford TOBY awards. Griffin Land continues to add to its list of industry awards with the recent announcement that its premier first class office building located at 340 West Newberry Rd. has been awarded The Office Building of the Year (TOBY) from the Greater Hartford Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) in the under 100,000 s/f category. 340 West Newberry Rd. is a single-story, first class office building located within the Griffin Center business park, a 600-acre master planned business park planned and developed by Griffin Land. The park is located within access to Exits 37 & 38 of I-91, and south of Bradley International Airport. In addition to the building award, Wes Nicoll, RPA, of Griffin Land was awarded the 2012 BOMA Outstanding Member of the Year Award. Nicoll presently serves as vice president of BOMA/Greater Hartford and will become the chapter president in 2013. He serves BOMA's education and membership committees. He also actively participates in BOMA professional and social activities.
