Levey Miller Maretz completes $95,000 sale

Harold Kent of Levey Miller Maretz Commercial Realtors in Woodbridge, was the sole broker in the $95,000 sale of 1,404 s/f at 304 Dixwell Ave. Included in the sale was the fixtures and equipment from the liquor store that previously occupied the property. Levey Miller Maretz, celebrating their 50th year in business, is one of the few licensed commercial real estate firms with a specialty of selling small to medium businesses. Levey Miller Maretz's business department includes Shawn Reilly and Kent, both former business owners in the area.
