East Providence, RI The Foncellino Team of Coldwell Banker Commercial listed and leased 1,500 s/f of retail space at 1235 Wampanoag Trail.
The tenant, Adaptable Physical Therapy and Consulting, is the state’s largest wheelchair clinic.
The landlord is White Horse Properties LLC.
