Grill and Brown of Fairlane Props. represent Fairlane Chapel in 4,000 s/f lease

According to Fairlane Properties, Inc., a new 4,000 s/f lease to HealthTalker at 63 Chapel St. at the Chapel Business Center, an 80,000 s/f office/R&D building has been completed. Michael Grill and Hillary Brown of Fairlane Properties, Inc. represented the landlord, Fairlane Chapel, LLC while Rob Kinlin and Adam Brinch of CB/Richard Ellis represented HealthTalker. HealthTalker, which was founded in 2007, develops innovative word of mouth marketing programs for the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. The company moved from Davis Sq., Somerville. The tenant was attracted to Chapel Business Center because of its excellent location for HealthTalker's employees and its high-ceiling, brick and beam office space. 11,000 square feet of two-story unique office space is still available at Chapel Business Cener as well as 16,000 square feet of 1st floor office/R&D space.
