Grill of Fairlane Properties reps. Fairlane Chapel in 7,600 s/f lease

Fairlane Properties, Inc. completed a new 7,600 s/f lease to EveryScape Inc. at 63 Chapel St. at the Chapel Business Center, an 80,000 s/f office/R&D building. Michael Grill of Fairlane Properties, Inc. represented the landlord, Fairlane Chapel, LLC, while Shawn McDonough of CresaPartners represented EveryScape. EveryScape, which was founded in 2002, creates visual guides for local web searches. EveryScape lets business and organizations build relationships with consumers through three-dimensional photo-realistic experiences of cities and towns, streets and sidewalks, and building exteriors and interiors. The company moved from Main Street in downtown Waltham. The tenant was attracted to Chapel Business Center because of its excellent location for EveryScape's employees and its high-ceiling, brick and beam office space.
