Grimley and Dirmaier of J.L. Davis Realty handle 11,700 s/f in transactions
Nick Grimley of J.L. Davis Realty leased 800 s/f of retail space at 73 Prim Rd., Harborview Plaza, to Kempo Corp.
Grimley was the leasing and listing agent. The landlord is 4 Helena Drive Associates LLC.
Also Greg Dirmaier of J.L. Davis Realty negotiated the sale of a 10,900 s/f industrial building at 45 Avenue D, Williston, Vt., to Morin Ave D LLC. The seller was 45 Ave D LLC.
The listing agent was Linda Letourneau of Redstone.
