The Conrad Group recently negotiated the sale of Unit I at 301 Winter St. on behalf of the seller, 1530 Holdings LLC. The condominium unit consists of 25,717 s/f.
The new buyer, Custom Machine & Tool Co. will be re-locating their operation from Weymouth.
According to Bob McCourt, of The Conrad Group, "Custom Machine & Tool Co. was in the market for a while and we had looked at several buildings. But when this property became available, they felt it matched perfectly. It will accommodate their growth needs and provide an excellent working atmosphere for their employees."
While McCourt represented the buyer, the seller was also represented by The Conrad Group. According to the Plymouth Registry of Deeds, the sale price was $700,000.
