Grossman Development Group adds tenants to Lakeway Commons

Shrewsbury, MA According to Grossman Development Group (GDG), Visionworks, Sweet Pizza, Unibank and Jenny Boston as newly-confirmed tenants of Lakeway Commons, the site of the former Spags property in the Lakeway Business District area.

“We are thrilled with these additions to Lakeway Commons,” said Grossman Development Group president Howard Grossman. “Our vision of delivering a well-rounded, lifestyle experience is truly evident in the quality of businesses attracted to this project.”

Visionworks, a leading provider of eye care services, has more than 700 optical retail stores in 42 states and the District of Columbia.

A newcomer who is infusing innovation into the pizza marketplace, Sweet Pizza’s build-your-own square-shaped, thin crust pizza is topped with a sweet sauce.

Worcester Business Journal’s “Best Bank For Business” in 2016, Unibank is expanding their reach to continue their mission of “providing individuals and businesses with excellent service and fairly priced, high quality financial products.”

Women’s apparel, jewelry, accessories and handbags boutique Jenny Boston will open their 6th location at Lakeway Commons. Co-owners Kristen Maynard and Jennifer DeMaria are also Shrewsbury residents.
