Grubb & Ellis Company promotes Krysiak to vice president, office group

Grubb & Ellis Company promoted Dan Krysiak to vice president, office group. The promotion recognizes his level of production and contributions to the company. "Without fail, Dan provides his clients with the highest level of service possible, backed up by professionalism and a tremendously strong work ethic. He's a great leader in our office because he leads by example." Among his most recent accomplishments, Krysiak, together with Jack Kerrigan, executive vice president, office group, completed 18 leases totaling 100,000 s/f at the Waltham Watch Factory. Krysiak joined Grubb & Ellis' in 2006 as an associate vice president after 10 years with McFarland & Finch. Specializing in landlord and tenant representation in the Rte. 128, Mass Pike and Cambridge marketplaces, he currently represents more than 1 million s/f of space and has participated in lease and sale transactions totaling in excess of $60 million.
