Donovan of Fishman Realty Group handles 8,400 s/f lease to purchase

Anthony Donovan of Fishman Realty Group represented Ariline and Allen Foster in the lease to purchase of 8,400 s/f of retail and showroom space at 166 Yarmouth Rd. This space, formerly Maine-Ly Country Western Wear, is located on 6.5 acres on Rte. 115. The Hearth Doctor, Inc., currently located at the Gray Shopping Plaza, will be relocating their stove and accessory business to this location. The Hearth Doctor, founded in 2001 is an independent service and installation company that serves clients throughout the state. The Hearth Doctor has expanded its original store in Gray with this move and has recently opened a second store in Topsham, to achieve a stronger presence in the market.
