Guralnick and Nolan of H. Pearce lease 10,598 s/f
H. Pearce Commercial Group brokered the 10,598 s/f lease of industrial warehouse and distribution space at 105 Hamilton St. representing the landlord, Lubil Realty, LLC, as well as the tenant, Walsh Construction/PCL Joint Venture II. The property is located at the base of Exit 2 of I-91 and affords immediate access and exposure to the interstate. Rich Guralnick and Chis Nolan of H. Pearce Co. were the exclusive leasing associates in the multi-year transaction.
