Guralnick and Brimberg of O,R&L Commercial, LLC broker $1.65 million sale
Wallingford, CT O,R&L Commercial, LLC has completed the sale of a 17,600 s/f retail investment property located on Rte. 68 at 200 Church St. The neighborhood center was 100% occupied at the time of the sale with a retail tenant mix consisting of: A printing/marketing company, several restaurants, retail stores and a recycling redemption center.
Rich Guralnick, CCIM and Toby Brimberg of O,R&L Commercial represented the seller, Edward Renn Trustee and Phil Marshall also of O,R&L Commercial represented the buyer, Northern Star CT Inc. The property transferred for a sale price of $1.65 million.
