Pious and Kumnick of Colliers International broker $3.825m sale of former Crabtree & Evelyn headquarters
Woodstock CT The property at 102 Peake Brook Rd., the former Crabtree & Evelyn headquarters, has been sold to Peake Brook, LLC for $3.825 million.
The 39 acre site includes 155,000 s/f of manufacturing space, a 42,612 s/f office building, and a guest house.
Stephanie Pious and Keith Kumnick, SIOR of Colliers International represented the seller and Pious also procured the buyer. The 42,612 s/f office building is being offered for lease.
