Guralnick of H. Pearce leases to Cranberries Catering and Cafe

According to Richard Guralnick, CCIM of H. Pearce Commercial Realty, Cranberries Catering & Café has taken a long term lease at 3-7 Linden Ave., the former location of Pasta Cosi. This prime site, across from Bud's Fish Market, the Indian Neck Market Place and adjacent to Lenny's Restaurant, is heavily trafficked by local residents and weekend tourists traveling Rte. 146 along the Branford shoreline. Cranberries is owned and operated by Dan and Mariela Spencer who are expanding and relocating their restaurant and catering business from the Short Beach area of Branford. Rich Guralnick of H. Pearce Company represented both Cranberries and Bud' Realty, the owner, in the transaction.
