John Hennessey, SIOR, president/partner, with James Bartholomew, Lowell Peabody and Connor Barnes of GVA Thompson Hennessey & Ptrs., and Bill Knight, CCIM, of GVA Advantis in Atlanta represented Acosta Sales & Marketing Co., an agency servicing the consumer packaged goods industry, in its renewal of 88,870 s/f at 130 Lizotte Dr.
The landlord, T.A. Associates Realty, was represented by John Lashar of Richards Barry Joyce & Ptrs.
After a search in the area, Acosta decided to remain in the building constructed in 1999 for Morris Alper, Inc. which subsequently merged with the company. T.A. Assoc. after the tenant reconfigured its space, was able to retain the food sales and marketing firm.
