GVA Williams brokers 1,705 s/f to Dunkin' Donuts

GVA Williams of Connecticut signed a 1,705 s/f ten year lease for Dunkin' Donuts at Lincoln Plaza on Berlin Rd. The store plans to open in July. According to Stacy Libby, one of the GVA Williams brokers that represented the landlord, "Dunkin' Donuts had a store located in Stop & Shop. The move to the morning commute side of Rte. 372 will provide significant upside for them. It will also generate a lot of traffic for the center." Lincoln Sq. is a 9,700 s/f retail center that contains Sherwin Williams and Cort Furniture. The building has access on and off bI-91 and Rte. 9. The tenant's parent company, Newfield Donuts, LLC, also operates locations in Meriden, Middletown, Cheshire and Durham. "Dunkin' Donuts will be filing a gap in the market," said Dominick Musilli, who brokered the deal with Libby.
