GVA Williams closes sale of Liberty Rock Shopping Center for $12.3m
Recently GVA Williams sold the $12.3 million Liberty Rock Shopping Center.
Liberty Rock is a 175,876 s/f shopping center located on the Boston Post Rd., and is anchored by K-mart and Walgreen's. The center also features such tenants as Radio Shack, Taco Bell and Subway.
The shopping center was sold by Liberty Rock Realty, LLC to 20/20 Acquisitions. GVA was the sole broker in this transaction.
According to Steve Westerberg, senior vice president of GVA, "This property generated enormous investor interest due to its ideal location on the Post Rd. and a strong list of tenants. Liberty Rock will provide exceptional stability for many years to come with a growing market and a strong credit tenant base."
"This transaction demonstrates the continued appetite investors have for high quality shopping centers in good locations, despite the global credit crunch we are experiencing," said Cory Gubner, president and CEO of GVA Williams.
Lynnfield, MA According to Combined Properties, Inc., Conduent Inc., a leader in document technology and services for more than half a century, has renewed its lease of 164,095 s/f at 66-70 Broadway. The complex has served Conduent and prior affiliates since 1996.
