Londregan and Buena Vista transfer title of land with Cedarwood
Londregan Commercial Real Estate Group and Buena Vista negotiated the transfer of title to several properties on Rte. 12. The five parcel assemblage totals nearly 60 acres and is located directly opposite Lisbon Landing.
The buyer, Cedarwood Development, has sought and received all necessary approvals for the development of a retail shopping center to include a major department store, a home building products superstore, and at least one nationally branded restaurant
Charles Ambulos of Londregan and Ann Buonocore, owner of Buena Vista Real Estate represented the developer and the sellers and the landlord of all the parcels in the assemblage.
